Serious? Forget pursuing this case any further. How many times does DECN need to get hammered in court. A pragmatic company would move on. We all wish DECN was victorious, but that’s not what happened.
So, patch your wounds and get the license agreement signed and GenChoice FDA approved by end of year. Low hanging fruit. 6 weeks left in year. Performance review can still show some accomplishment.
Or just call one of those companies wanting to buy and sell.
