Not much new to add but I did follow up my email with a phone call with Todd.
Sounds like Joe has had a number of surgeries at this point.
Todd is as positive about the companies future as ever if not more so but he admitted the recent delays and stock price has been tiring.
Not that anyone will be too surprised and I am interpreting his investor relations speak, I believe the NAZ app is not completed. He was a tad defensive when I pointedly asked if the annual report checked off the 2 remaining boxes Joe has publicly discussed.
He "believes" the PPS decline is related to shorts taking advantage of the recent delays. He "hopes" the SEC will be looking into it. Especially the transactions around the $2 level. He estimates there have only been 600k-2million shares repeated being sold and bought over and over. He is not aware of any GNBT related people/entities selling shares.
I am headed out for a bit. Have more to add later.
