When and how will they get their products launched with no money?
Neither of us are in a position to solve that problem Spidey. That is what CEOs and BOD members do. Message board posters, some of whom aren't shareholders, have another take on the problem.
I want to remind you that in the first J&J case, J&J won the first battles on an even bigger scale. And what happened in the end?
Also, KB told me that his very first phone call received this morning was from the proposed partner urging him not to just give up. They read message boards too.
I plan to write again this weekend because I have some issues to discuss.
