Share buybacks are crucial. With this many shares outstanding it will take an insane amount of revenue to move the needle much on share price, which is why we are all here.
So, end dilution, get out of debt, buy back shares. It would be very nice if management doesn't continue to give themselves raises for jobs well done, even though they are doing good jobs, and use the cash instead on the other stuff first. They are significant shareholders, and they are all about higher share price, too.
