DTC update for October and November. I update these every month or two for any new people, you can look at the previous post to see that update as well. In the last update was mid-September, 5M shares moved over to DTC Sept 1- Sept 15, probably to sell. It is from the noteholder usually if O/S goes up at the same time with DTC, but it is harder to determine with shares being added through placements at the same time, which it has lately.
Also you can see most people that buy through placements hold onto their shares, as over 50% of float is still with transfer agent.
From mid 9/16 to 10/16, 2 M moved over
From Oct 16 to end October 11M moved over to DTC, most of the selling is probably from this. I suspect they should be about out now with the heavy volume, but again that is just speculation
From then end of October to Nov 22, Wednesday, less than 1M shares have been added to DTC, again why I speculate most of the selling is from the October batch.
