Trading Summary - November 21.
A satisfactory status quo day for $TMPS today - despite most top traders being maxed out elsewhere on $DGWR and $SKDI.
All that happened was that one person who wanted to take a 2019 tax loss sold on a market order set at .1261 - details of the prices he got later.
That was a moronic move since - at the least - the tax loss will be disallowed as a wash sale if he buys back at any price in the next 30 days. That means he will not be able to buy over the critical period just prior to January 1, 2020.
Also, if he bought any shares in the last 30 days at a price cheaper than the buy cost basis of the ones he sold he will incur a wash sale. His broker will work this out automatically and reflect it in the Form 1099.
This will have made $TMPS much thinner to the upside - since the seller is probably the person that has been undercutting the ask all the way down from .2500 for several weeks now.
Overall, 33,775 shares were bought today - well done the bidder who was able to buy 15,750 at .1261 !
Prices were as follows:
.1750: 500
.1635: 4,500
.1600: 5,000
.1515: 7,000
.1381: 1,000
.1261: 15,750
Very little is being offered under .3000+ - indeed under .7500.
The Industry Day for a potential 2020 CAS AAR MAC to replace the extant contract awarded to $TMPS (but larger, multi-company and for twice as long) was held on September 12, 2019.
Keep an eye out for developments on the future contract to be awarded on / after January 1, 2020 up to March 31, 2020 (latest).
Also watch for any developments in the UK with wholly owned subsidiary Tristar Air UK Ltd and / or work on the Tristars.
