The only way this would make sense is if they believe the div was going to be endlessly postponed or cancelled and the resulting drop in pps and subsequently no uplist would cause the pps to drop and not soon recover. Otherwise the risk of lawsuit and/or having to cover the div would make the whole situation far too risky. IMO
