Let me ask a question, are there shares out there that are ineligible for the dividend that aren't being held by one of tge parties that agreed to give up the dividend.
If I had a million or so shares that I knew were going to be cut in half, and I have no intention of buying on the open market to cover the dividend, wouldn't it be smart to unload them, and wait for the shit to hit the fan.
