Why not take into account that NP is the one who is not in a hurry and waiting to get a little better deal, NP did not mention upfront payment at the shareholders meeting, after 6 weeks a small upfront payment appeared, maybe he is the one calculating to lay down the financial structure for further. Because with the new results for mTNBC and NASH, new funding opportunities are opening up. Although I suspect NP would license HIV-1 and NASH and leave the cancers if it got enough upfront for NASH.
