I have always felt that the Filings will include a new trading symbol and possibly a new company name.
Trading will be halted immediately after filings in my opinion while Level 2 sets the new trading price and to me the "gap up" will be huge and we will all be immediate multi-millionaires.
In my opinion, we are not going to see a gradual steady price increase from .008 to dollars.
Currently UNVC is a dark shell with zero revenue. Once all the companies are rolled into UNVC, UNVC will have huge revenue and huge profits and the new trading price will reflect the "book value" of the Conglomerate.
Then, there is the "trading value" as the stock trades with huge volume over the next 5 to 7 days.
All my own opinion.
