I think both you homer and doc are both correct in ways. I think doc is pointing to management and saying "tell us what you are doing so we can make our decision to buy/sell/hold". Afterall, this is a publically traded company and shareholders (us) own the company.

However homer is correct too. These deals take a long time to transition. But I do not think that Joe should be announcing deals, like Kiromic or AltuCell, that have not be signed in ink and unbreakable without a penalty. Announcing them gives competition time to come in and offer a better deal, maybe. Kiromic decided to walk and our own CMO/CSO Jason Terrell is involved with them. That is a shocker that SHOULD NOT HAPPEN. AltuCell has a binding agreement, that can be canceled if they choose. And the way Joe keeps promoting the cure to Type 1 diabetes, a big pharma may come in and buy them from under us.

So, I totally understand where doc is coming from. I also agree with you homer, that this all seems artificial and at some point we will go back up to represent our value. Although our value is that Joe keeps saying all the revenues we have coming in, but they are concentrating on nasdaq uplist, so not worrying about the revenues, yet the 10K showed no revenues. True, there had to be revenues, but there must have also been enough chargebacks from a prior quarter to totally offset all revenues.
