I'm sure NP and Bod knows that announcing the deal before BLA completion will benefit the share price the most.
As the deal is material to Cydy it should be disclosed in a timely matter (within 4 business days).
I take it the deal is still not signed.
Knowing that hurts our share price there is a reason for it.
Maybe it's Cydy taking all the time they can. Maybe other proposals are received that would have to be evaluated c.q. considered.
I would not be surprised if something totally different than the expected deal would hit the news. Really.
