Kind of makes this statement from the other board WRONG! Maybe the spouter of such nonsense should READ UP or SHUT UP!

I’m not going to knock someone who is giving their hard earned money to the company in exchange for discounted shares, to help keep it running, because it involves risk, but when SOME are selling their higher priced market shares for 50% or more discounted shares plus an interest payment or extra shares type bonus, and then belittling non-cert holding shareholders , that’s complete pompous horse crap. Who the hell do they think are buying those market shares they are selling , to raise those funds?
