I would NOT focus only on credit card transactions

I would NOT focus only on credit card transactions/fees and also look at $SFOR KE IP being integrated with s/w baselines and loaded on computers, mobile devices and POS Systems. I believe the First Data/Fiserv deal is much larger then just payments and credit card transactions, but also to protect SMB's merchants Invoicing, Inventory, Accounting and Reporting!

IMSO when SMB is very successful they will implement to the larger entities and rapidly increase revs much more!
