The NT is not the financial report itself. It's merely a form filed with the SEC to get extra time to squeeze in every last bit of info from the quarter being reported, and gives the accountants time to double check for accuracy.
Most companies on the OTC exchange file form NT 10-Q for the same reason. Rocky Mountain High Brands has always filed their 10-Q about a week after filing for the extension.
