(SGMD) (“Sugarmade”, “SGMD”, or the “Company”), a major supplier to the hydroponic cultivation and hemp sectors, is pleased to provide a strategic update as the Company advances plans to uplist to a major US exchange while moving toward another targeted acquisition. Based on the strategy the Company has laid out, management believes Sugarmade will be on track to reach excess of $65 million annualized revenues.
