I didn't miss a thing.
What you missed is that an illegal order to kill is just that and that it was appropriately adjudicated in the movie.
The ability to hold two opposing thoughts in the mind at the same time and still retain the ability to function is an indication of a first rate intelligence.
You flunked that test, often I would safely guess.
Look it up and, finally, learn something.
