- The 2 micro reactors have been received by licensee Amtronics
- Payment of $1 million for licensing fee and $1 million for the reactors has been received or is being received by QMC
- News of $2 million revenue will be reported in PR or in 10Q under "subsequent event" or in 2019 Q4 10Q due on February 14, 2020
- Amtronics's production will begin in 2020 Q1
- QMC will receive payments from further sales of ancillary equipment, from Milestone event and from technological support totally $7 to $10 million.
- Minimum royalties will begin in 2021
