The precondition stated did not predicate a postcondition.
for example:

No, the "investment" is/has not " been treated as if Berman did something else illegally".
Those are your words, not mine.
I am just openly wondering what the postconditions of the "investment" are, as none were presented with the declaration of the "investment".
IF Mr. Berman believed so much as to "invest" without any conditions, the more power to him and I praise him for his belief in the forward movement and success of the company!
