odds are the SEC has some serial bad actors who collude with Wall Street *players* .. i'm grateful that P2O's CEO is conservative and methodical
and every aspect of what is filed with the SEC .. is signed off of by counsel
as i've noted for years now RH is many things but stupid isn't one of them
RH and BoD *clearly* learned the lessons of what was done to P2O circa 2009 to 2013
this is why documentation is NRs' (and traders on the wrong side of the *trade*)
achilles heel
ASCM was brought in late last week and has CONsistently blocked on PTOI's ask
last check today .. about 200000 *blocked* .. that isn't retail
who is ASCM decoying for?
odds are CDEL & NITE
the more interesting ? to ask .. is why is a NR entity blocking to protect the 25000 shares showing on ask @ 11c
maybe the SEC will CONsider looking into that bogus BS .. but doubt it
