WEST PALM BEACH, Florida, Nov. 18, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Praxsyn (OTCXYN, the “Company”) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Praxsyn Capital Corporation (“PraxCapital”) has commenced operations in the State of New York, purchasing pools of medical receivables under New York’s No-Fault system.
Furthermore, PraxCapital has agreed terms with its private equity partner, allowing for up to $5,000,000 in deployable capital for the remainder of the year, with increases as needed into 2020.
