I think the registration is just getting amended that's all. No offering happened 8 months ago with original filing for same number of shares at .0024.
If SB says that he wouldn't sell the company for less than a penny per share, then turns around and is willing to sell shares at .0006 then you should have the answer of what the company is currently worth.
SB never did explain to shareholders WHY he exchanged his 1.4 billion common shares for 25 million preferred shares after telling shareholders numerous times he was just returning the commons to treasury. That deception is a big reason why most shareholders should not trust him. He has a bad habit of only telling part of the story.
