Not so clear to me after seeing the audited annual report. Somehow, it appears money was taken away. Did we get money recouped from third party payors having to do with claims paid to the MSO lines or what? If so, for what line(s) of business, why and for what dates of service? Was it a commercial payor or the federal government?
If so, has the recoupment been appealed? How does this affect future payments?
I have no idea if this is what occurred. It is one possibility.
