Don't worry, be happy, Stephen has tried so hard to file all 4 delinquent reports last April to September to bring filing up to date afoot of announcing the licensing agreement in India, we won't see "Pink" again.
May be Stephen is saving the bullish reports for Monday or Tuesday (Webinar day).
- Construction of the production plant is being completed in November, the 2 reactors should have been received by the licensee and Stephen should has received all payments ($1 million licensing fee and $1 million for reactors) which could be reported in PR or in the Reports under "Subsequent event".
- Management is extremely excited about the up coming Webinar and euphoria is building noting that the QD-Blockchain operation has received inundated interest (from potential QD IP licensees worldwide).
All technical indicators in both daily chart and weekly chart crossed upward, showing buy signal with RSI over 50% indicating bullishness. In the past share price always rallied ahead of bullish reports as some investors have clairvoyance of what may be coming. Breakout from the 5-day convergence has happened ahead of the Webinar, so tighten your seat belt for the ride next week.
