One of two things (maybe more. 1. Hammy bought a "boat load" this morning and may have taken out the asks on the way up. So once that purchase was complete, bid dropped back down and some asks came in to compete for sales. Or 2. This is what happens when a MM wants to sell. They create some transactions at the ask price to drive it up some, then as buyers raise their bids, the MM drop back down on the ask to sell to those new buyers.
