The most impressive part of this-- with only a $400k upfront payment we have not seen any significant dilution.
The MM's want the MFO to convert and place shares on the open market because retail isn't selling with pps compression and they need to clear a decent short holding. They fear a B-OM deal with significant money upfront which sends this many multiples over share price.
They got away with a little more time but if MFO hasn't transferred and sold to open market then where is the money coming from? Looks to me something is brewing and Locust Walk is helping negotiate the highest bidder based on what competitors have received thus far.
