As rjs posted yesterday, now GNBT is going back after Veneto for breach of contract. I remember be very vocal when the “renegotiation” happened early this year that we were paying just as much however with more stock or warrants. Joe jumped on me that I was WRONG and GNBT was saving money on the deal. Well I guess we know who was right now! PERIOD! Veneto screwed is over and the year long audit of their books were flawed.
