Update: "Vystar is going to be filing an extension for the 10Q. It's not due for a few days but we have to do this in the case or it can be an issue with OTCQB if filed last minute. I am told the remaining items relate to the 3rd party valuation, WKYP. The 8KA will be simultaneous. $VYST"
"The biggest issue is in valuing Rotmans lease, we pay about $5 SQFT VS market value of $8-$10 and it's fixed for many years out, potentially considered an asset. Auditors asked for an independent valuation, we provided yesterday but still needs to be reviewed. $VYST"
