Excellent summary of current events, IMO. A couple of things I wonder about.
Who have Mr. Ehrlich and Dr. Bertolino spoken to already? How long have any such discussions been ongoing and are they still active/over/finalized?
Is the purpose of the LocustWalk engagement to promote the company for possible deals or to value and help consummate a deal or deals?
