So at the last cc Joe said there would be a rights offering for NGIO. Now he says there will be a dividend. I bet that is how they are going to get the GNBT pps up. Do the same as last time, offer a dividend of NGIO shares related to the number of GNBT shares someone owns. Last time it was 1 NGIO share for every 4 of GNBT owned. Actually this is a pretty good way to get the GNBT pps up. They might announce it before the cc.
