5c is one barrier
but realize just one week ago
blocking was being done of significance sub 4c
each round here imo gets added to
and each day's tape of trades has to be viewed
and then note which *trades* have to be marked
5th and 6th significant blocking on *ask* (0375) by NITE
once 5c is behind us consistently .. i'm watching for 10c .. 20c .. 30c
if funding pattern aligns with a private competitor (April 2019) .. i would expect
to see slow and steady (tho' this week is far faster than what i expected) to X PPS
could be 10c .. could be 30c .. could be 50%
what does show clearly is the struggle NR has had with PTOI's PPS moving up

well the last trade of 20K doubled the gain for the day, that looks like a paint to me.
I am not complaining though and hope it indicates further gains today, 4K has pointed out for a long time that 5 cent was the magical barrier. breaking that well yesterday hopefully means we are of to the races.
