Generex Management needs to take a hard look at what is going on in the market right now. We have heard quite a bit over the last 5 months or so how a lot of this has been for the value of the shareholders.
Over the last few months however, we have seen the market cap shrink from 160 million down to 44 million. That's a huge loss.
Over the last few months, we have seen the PPS price drop from the high 2.70's down to now .99. That's a huge loss.
We have had conference calls, reports come out, all stating positive this or that.
We have had a 10-K delayed and then finally come out with rather mixed results, which when it came out, the PPS continued to drop.
We need Generex to do something. It is November 13th. At the end of November, we have a dividend. If that gets cut in half, the price of the stock would be 49.5. If NGIO goes public and adds value, what value would it add to Generex? How much? No one knows.
Currently, we don't know anything about Nasdaq. at .99, why would be going on Nasdaq? with what is in the 10-K, why would we be going on Nasdaq? Getting to 3.00 or 4.00 right now to be able to get on Nasdaq? Can we?
Generex needs to do something. The silence is deafening.
My opinion only.
