As of July 31, 2019, I don't think GNBT met the $2M net tangible assets, which is one of the uplist boxes.
But, there were lots of subsequent events took place after 7/31/19 which might have brought GNBT closer to the $2M....
In any case, if GNBT can have a bid price of $4, then no need to have the $2M net intangible assets
So, we will have to be patient and wait for the NGIO, Altucell,and 10Q to see if PPS can hit $4...
Also, hopefully, GNBT is close to getting one of those $10M international licensing deals which should propel the PPS
In any case, the 10K was disappointing but that does not change the fact that GNBT is substantially undervalued...just NGIO should worth at least $300 million market cap.
Patience is key....look at some great companies we know now...all of them started with very low PPS....and the PPS go up and down...then finally takes off.
We should have a better idea by the end of year after the 10Q is out...and all the other stuff happen...
