Net tangible assets will depend on Naz interpretation. The Intangible # is virtually the same, except they pulled Goodwill out to a separate line item. So if Goodwill ($38.3MM) doesn't count against us, we have $1,912,228 in Net Tangible Assets. $2.0MM required.
