We shall wait and find his intention. If he does not pay it cash or kick the can down the road, then his intention is bad. I was not happy with the July move and it was a very important thing I was watching. He paid all past due notes with shares at 0.00015.
At this stage, it’s a classical high risk high reward stock starting from scratch. I think he would be better off raising the AS than doing a RS. RS will destroy it completely. He still have access to over $100,000 at 0.0001. If I were him, I would raise the AS if I have to.
