When you own 100% of the preferred stock and have voting control, it's important for SB to keep whatever assets he has current in case he needs to move them into another entity.
That's my take on the Hexagon domain renewal.
Two years now since the infamous conference call. Didn't quite go as planned. SB pontificated about a lot of things that never happened and downplayed about some things that did happen like share issuance and future convertible notes.
