$TXHD Textmunication Holdings, Inc. (TXHD) (“the Company”), a cannabis-based holding company, today announced the addition of Wendell Minnick to its advisory team as Investment Advisor. Mr. Minnick, Executive Chairman of Align Capital based in Greenwich, Connecticut, has nearly 40 years’ experience raising capital for both private and public companies, including several of his own enterprises where he raised over $500 million in working capital. In addition to leading the Company’s funding efforts, Mr. Minnick introduced Resonate Blends (“Resonate”) to Textmunication in April and was instrumental in the negotiation and closing of this critical acquisition.

The Company announced a Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) in its latest 8-K filing. Mr. Minnick will lead this raise through his network of qualified investors, many of whom are actively involved in the cannabis sector. The funds generated from the PPM will be used for growing Resonate, acquiring additional cannabis companies, providing working capital and eliminating any transitional debt incurred during the Company’s transformation into a pure play cannabis holding company.
