The real question is why was my initial post removed? It should not have been. The post was a factual and lengthy summary of the company's dishonesty and the fact that the entire management including all of its accomplices were complicit in the Fraud that was committed. The summary was based on actual email communication that I had with all of the principals of the company including Richard Rubin, their previous disbarred lawyer, and Kenneth Koch, their current lawyer.

The initial reason why it was removed was because it was classified as a personal attack. Excuse me but isn't every other post on this board an attack on the company? When I asked for a review, the reason was changed to being off-topic. That is most comical because the post was as on-topic as it gets!!

My latest post was a direct reply to a poster that agreed with me. Obviously some of the Admins are making a mockery of the board by deleting posts that are not in tune with their own views. In the process they are suppressing free speech and the expression of differing views. Look for the cheerleader that is constantly posting garbage and you will know who it is that I'm talking about.

I have been offered a trial premium membership for the next two weeks, but what is the point if my only post of the day continues to be deleted by the aforementioned person? I would kindly ask that if you are able to, I would really appreciate having someone higher up look at my post and investigate the matter.

I am 71 years of age, a serious investor, and with no time for such shenanigans.
