I also thought Hexagon was a long-forgotten idea. I’ve been checking the Colorado site monthly only to see both Hexagon and On4 are delinquent.
Very reassuring to find out that Hexagonholdingscorp has been renewed. My guess is Berman knew there was going to be an issue with share structure to become Hexagon so he put it aside until he can lower it to fit the Hexagon share structure. Just guessing.
I don’t want to overstate the importance of the matter, but that was a valuable find by mary; at least for me.
