prior had been 042 (2 x earlier in 2019)
it looked like a runaway train until efforts to slow it came into play
bottom line .. 31 PTOI trades went off today ..
22 @ ask ..
1 @ bid (first trade of the day) ..
and 8 went off hidden and mirrored
