Yes, I expect a shareholder call at the very least. We do not know for certain that, that email was Nadar. I assume it was, but I want to hear it in an official capacity. I also would think that as a direct investor of this company i would have received a response. Even if just brief.
In that email he infers that the 6 weeks was a due diligence period, whereas previously we were led to believe that it was a time frame in which the deal would expire.
I feel that it would be prudent for him, in some official capacity, to re-confirm the status of this deal. Aside from this alleged email, the company has gone radio silent.
I've heard the argument that we are deep enough into contract talks that they can no longer speak on the subject. But that would also preclude sending this alleged email.
