if a company is huge, it would be stupid not to have an interim step before
placing a large order or giving a large contract (assuming fleet sales)
So the first hurdle has been passed with the testing company.
Now the real life testing is in progress; then final sales can finally be realized.
There is huge potential upside.
Price is extremely low- risk is high- payoff could be huge.
Worth it IMO.
