Thanks for sharing that information Kgem. Does this mean that the proposed Conglomerate with it's many independent corporations under it's umbrella is subject to the same merger and acquisition scrutiny by the FTC and DOJ even though the companies that make up the conglomerate are not actually merging but are separate entities?
