There is, factually, not enough room under the current A/S for the 5/1/19 note. The A/S HAS to be increased. There's no other eventuality.
What wouldn't be fact is if I started speculating on HOW much the A/S will be increased, especially considering the continued history of additional notes being taken on every quarter. Have more notes been taken out since the last report? None? Will the A/S be bumped in billion share increments like some pinkie CEO's do in order to keep the illusion that this "last note" will be the LAST note? That's all a subjective debate, currently.
Fact remains, A/S must be increased. No way around it. That also means moving into HEXAGON cannot happen. That begets a whole slew of other negative speculation as it pertains to Berman's true intentions.
