Don't know about any "cooling off period" requirements, doubt it. More just the time it takes to determine if the merger is in the publics best interest. We all know the SEC can say no to a merger if it is detrimental to the public, ie, monopoly, etc. The mergers of Docs company(s) would be just the opposite, IMO! We would not be this close if Doc's attorneys had any doubts or concerns.
When approved, I would assume it is confidential information and would have to be released by UNVC. Hope this helps.
