I agree, we are getting very close to news. Here is my take on the time it is taking to hear news.
The rollup/merger of private companies into a public company takes a lot of CPA and attorney time. Even when "CPA's and attorneys agree" there is still a lot of "t's to cross and "i's" to dot, taking time. I believe the name change and the merger(s) require new certificates to be issued, therefore the heads up notice to Etrade of a (assuming) substantial corporate action taking place (merger). Etrade is probably the largest holder of UNVC accounts so they decided to limit purchases to call in only. My guess is the other brokers didn't feel they needed to do that. I think Doc simply wanted his ducks in a row and gave the heads up to Etrade before getting SEC approval, knowing the SEC is close.
I think the only thing we are waiting on the SEC for is the merger(s) approval of a private company(s) into a public company.
The SEC does not have listing requirements other than the initial listing on any exchange. The exchanges have their own listing requirements and the SEC can and does delist companies for not meeting those requirements and SEC filing requirements, unless the proper form is filed with the SEC to be "dark" (as UNVC has done). The OTC Pinks have no requirements, for the OTCBB and above, the only SEC requirement is to be "current". This is not an "approval" but simply a requirement. Any company that meets the "current" requirement and the exchange requirement that they want to trade on, then as soon as that exchange says yes, the company is on that exchange, no "approval" from the SEC needed.
I agree with some others here that we have probably already been accepted for the OTCQB. I think, we will have to earn our way up to the NASDAQ. We will meet the financials easy, and it looks like a one time market close of $3 a share would do it. I think we will get there much sooner than some think.
Therefore, to me, "waiting for the SEC" means waiting for the SEC approval of the rollup/merger of Doc's private company(s).
IMO any one selling in here simply does not have a clue what is going on with UNVC. I really think we are very close to news. Patience will pay off huge, IMO. Long and strong!
