A diversified holding company, SinglePoint Inc.’s (OTCQB: SING) largest acquisition to date has definitely paid off. Acquired by SING in May, Direct Solar posted record sales in its first 60 days with the company, added a new division to reach untapped markets, and signed a partnership with one of the fastest-growing real-estate brokerages in the nation. Based on the subsidiary’s performance thus far, SinglePoint is forecasting record sales for this year, with even higher numbers projected for 2020.

Those contracts have since moved into planning and installation phases, with the bulk of the revenue recognized upon contract completion, slated for third and fourth quarters in most cases. The subsidiary hit other milestones this year as well. Within weeks of joining SinglePoint, Direct Solar added an alternative-energy financing solution – Direct Solar Capital – in an effort to expand its reach and offer services to wider markets. In addition, Direct Solar joined forces with My Home Group, the fastest-growing real estate brokers in Arizona and the second-fastest brokerage in the country.
