It's never closed until it's closed. I've seen where Joe has said he just needs to sign it. And other times when things are still being written in the contract. My point is Joe is pumping AltuCell and we don't officially own 51%. Let's also see what it is costing. We still don't know what the deal is other than 80% stock (at least $2.50) and 20% cash. We need to start seeing revenue. We need to see the 10K. We will most likely have to wait 5 weeks for the next 10Q to really see some revenue, however Joe seems to downplay revenue at times. Even on the OTC, if we have revenue, increasing revenue, we will start to see our stock price go up. Enough expansion now, let's get the revenue streams rolling and then fund future expansion.

Just my opinion. And sometimes my writing comes off as irritated, but I am not, just wanting to see some revenue.
