First, what's all this noise about old debt, current ops, etc. Come on already! The loans were to keep the doors open - PERIOD! Otherwise current ops/biz would be shut down and we would of lost everything! Thank God that's not the case and thanks to our CEO/$SFOR Team, we have Billion Dollar Behemoths (First Data/Fiserv and AJG/GA) inking deals to use our IP!
DSS will turn into a Billion Dollar company 2020! DSS BOD Chairman Chan and CEO of DSS Int'l, DSS Asia Limited and DSS Cyber Security -- Asia implementation that has 2.1B Internet users last check will be HUGE! Chan just bought 6M DSS shares that cost him about 1.8M dollars - I would say he's very very confident with his Int'l/Asia roll-out very near future that has $SFOR IP integrated! And we know $SFOR delivered on the foreign character keyboard capability by AUG!
Unfortunately, we need to wait for the customers to implement and get paid, then channels, then us! The revs have slowly increased, Q4 could be real sweet and 2020 will be friggin AWESOME off the charts! They inked the deals for a reason and using our IP - we will get paid! If we had no deals inked by now, then I would be worried, but we do and things have never looked better to be a $SFOR investor - IMSO!
Some things to ponder about the recent two AS increases:
In mid-JUL 2019 the AS was raised 2.5B from 5B to "7.5B" and was said to cover down on conversions -- if all were to be fully converted.
So now the AS is being raised again Only 4 months later -- AS raised 4.5B from 7.5B to "12B" total AS will be this month. The OS remained under 3B from the last AS increase -- and OS about 2.8B now.
So if 12B total AS was needed to cover full notes conversion, why not just do that back in JUL?!?!
Or maybe because we have some kind of acquisition taking place near future and did not know back in JUL?! We're expecting a Major News PR this month prior to Annual SHM 22 NOV! The DEF 14C also calls out acquisition as possible reason.
