That this was omitted is very telling. It seems that someone was lying to their lawyers until records from Cytodyn were turned over.
As I've previously posted -
In fact what is remarkable is that after 9 months there were no patients. After Dr. Pestell was fired the first patient under emergency IND was enrolled and two months after the firing the first patient in the Phase 2 trial was enrolled.
